How long will my mat take to arrive?

Each mat is handmade just for you! Please allow 3–5 working days for production plus shipping time. (We’ll keep you updated with tracking info.)
Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment we’re keeping it local (UK only) — but never say never!
Do you do bulk or custom designs?

Yes! Whether it’s for a business, an event, or your massive family with too many front doors, drop us a message and we’ll make it happen.
Do you offer wholesale?

Coir Doormats

What are your Coir mats made from?

Our coir mats are made from natural coconut fibres with a non-slip backing. Translation: tough enough for muddy boots, stylish enough for Insta pics.
Can these mats go outside?

Indoor only, babe. They’re made for hallways, kitchens, entryways and bedrooms — not battling the Great British weather as my fibres can break.
How do I clean my Coir doormat?

Give it a good shake, a brisk brush, or a quick vacuum. No bubble baths, please.

Printed Doormats

What are your printed mats made of?

Our printed mats are made from a fabric top layer with a non-slip rubber backing. Think: thin, sleek, and super vibrant.
Are these mats for indoor or outdoor use?

Indoor only, babe. They’re made for hallways, kitchens, and bedrooms — not battling the Great British weather.
How do I clean a printed mat?

Quick vacuum, shake-out, or a gentle spot clean. No washing machine marathons, no tumble-drying discos.
Will the print fade?

Nope! Our sublimation printing locks the design into the fibres, so colours stay sharp even with daily stomps.

Personalisation

How do I order a personalised doormat?

Easy-peasy! Pick your favourite design, add your text or name, and we’ll whip up a mat that’s all about YOU.
Can I see a preview before it’s made?

Yup! You’ll get a mock-up to approve before we paint or print. No surprises, promise.
Can I return a personalised mat?

Sorry, personalised mats are made just for you, so we can’t accept returns unless something’s gone wrong on our end. Non-personalised mats can be returned within 14 days, though.
